Shipping & Returns
Australia
- We ship orders all across Australia, wherever you are!
- We offer FREE Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $250.
- Otherwise, we offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $15 or Express Shipping at a flat rate of $20 for Australian orders under $250.
- Australian orders with Standard Shipping will take approximately 2-8 business days.
- Australian orders with Express Shipping will take approximately 1-4 business days.
International
- Currently, we only ship to the United States of America. If we don't ship to your country, feel free to contact us and we will try to work out something for you.
- Standard International Shipping to the United States of America for orders that are 1kg or less will cost $40.
- Standard International Shipping to the United States of America for orders that are 1.1kg to 2kg will cost $60.
- Standard International Shipping to the United States of America for orders that are 2.1kg to 5kg will cost $100.
- International orders to the United States of America will take approximately 6-27 business days.
- The Standard International Shipping to the United States of America for your order will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order!
Additional information:
- We try our best to despatch same-day but we can promise that all orders will be despatched within 1-3 business days of your order.
- Please make sure your name, shipping/billing address, and all info is correct. If you happen to make a mistake contact us as quickly as possible!
- RKLS unfortunately cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control such as service delays, lost packages, or stolen items.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number when your package has been shipped.
- *Shipping can be delayed due to COVID-19, and other postage circumstances.
Track your order
- As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email letting you know it's been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. you can track your parcel at Sendle Tracking by entering your tracking number here or in some circumstances the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number here.
- Please check your tracking number provided from our email sent to you upon your parcel being dispatched. If the tracking states “no events currently found” this may because your parcel has not gone past a scanning point yet.
Haven't received a confirmation email yet?
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. If you can not see it, search around in your spam or promotions folder as sometimes they end up in there. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Refunds
- In the case that RKLS has accepted a refund, RKLS will issue the customer with a gift card (store credit) at the value of the refunded purchase excluding shipping. This store credit will last forever, so no need to worry about an expiry date.
Exchanges
- RKLS can only offer exchanges in the case that the garment does not fit and has not been damage or modified. If the size you want to exchange with is not in stock we will offer you store credit to the amount of the product excluding shipping. You may exchange your purchase within 7 business days of receiving your order. If the return falls outside this period, RKLS cannot accept the returned items. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Please email info@rklsclothing.com to arrange return information. Once item has been received on our end we can move forward with exchange policy.
Returns
- All orders are final.
- RKLS can only offer refunds if the garment arrives with a manufacturing fault. However this does not include general wear and tear. You may return your purchase within 7 business days of receiving your order. If the return falls outside this period, RKLS cannot accept the returned items.
- We double check each garment before shipping them off to you so don't try to get your money back if you damaged the items yourself.
