My Order

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS, which will have your tracking details inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, search around in your spam or promotions folder as sometimes they end up in there.

I want to exchange/return a product, what do I do?

We understand that things don't always go how you imagined when shopping online. Good news, we accept certain returns for exchanges store credit. Head to our Shipping & Returns page to find out if you are eligible.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

You aren't the first and you won't be the last! Fill out the contact form as soon as possible and let us know where you need the order to go. We try and pack orders quick, so you'll need to be pretty quick.

 

Gift Cards

Where is my gift card?

As soon as you order an electronic gift card, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS, as well as a seperate electronic gift card email. If you can't find your order confirmation email or electronic gift card email, search around in your spam or promotions folder as sometimes they end up in there. 

How do I redeem my gift card?

Once your RKLS electronic gift card is active, click on the link or box provided to view your gift card code. Keep the email or write down your gift card code and keep safe. Use this gift card code at the RKLS checkout to redeem your gift card.

 

Shipping

What are your shipping costs?

Head to our shipping page to find out our shipping costs and delivery times for both domestic and international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We do. Currently, we only ship to United States of America. If we don't ship to your country, feel free to contact us and we will try to work out something for you.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my international order?

There is the possibility you will have to pay duties and taxes if you are an international customer of ours. All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are looking for direct information regarding duties and taxes for your country, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location.

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment via Credit Card. Three forms of express checkout are also available, these include Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. 

What currency is charged during checkout?

All orders are charged in AUD (Australian Dollar) during checkout.
